The Tropicalia Armchair TR1, designed by Patricia Urquiola for Moroso, is a piece of seating furniture that impresses with its geometric structure and artistic weave. It is based on a sturdy stainless steel frame that is skilfully interwoven with thermoplastic polymer threads. Depending on the design, the Armchair appears graphically austere, cheerfully colourful or subtly monochrome. The play of overlays is reminiscent of prismatic light effects in sunlight and makes Tropicalia an iconic piece of outdoor furniture that decorates terraces, balconies and gardens with style.
