New colour composition: NEW VERSION Eames Hang it all coat rack multicoloured by Vitra
The Vitra Hang it all coat rack was designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1953 and has been available as a colourful re-edition since 1997. Instead of simple hooks, the coat rack is adorned with wooden balls in bright colours. The differently sized balls create a dynamic effect. Now there are some very beautiful, sustainably designed new versions, like this one, with balls made of European ash wood in a new colour scheme.
Charles and Ray Eames - design duo
The Eames couple are among the most important personalities in the field of design in the 20th century. In addition to designing furniture, they also made films, took photographs and put together exhibitions. Vitra is the only authorised manufacturer of Eames products for Europe and the Middle East.
Material and format
The coat rack is made of powder-coated steel wire and wooden balls. All the wood used comes from Europe. The balls are treated with water-based lacquer. Hang it all is 50.5 cm wide, 17 cm deep and 37 cm high.
