Design icon in wood: 3D Counter Stool from GUBI
The GUBI 3D Counter Stool combines Scandinavian design aesthetics with technical innovation. Its three-dimensionally shaped seat shell looks light and elegant, while the clear metal frame provides stability. Whether at the kitchen island, in bars or restaurants - this stool makes a timeless statement and brings Nordic elegance to any room.
Designed by Danish studio Komplot Design, the 3D Counter Stool was the first piece of furniture to utilise the technique of three-dimensionally shaped veneer on an industrial scale in 2003. Winner of several awards, it is now a design classic and part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York.
