Paris Chic: Belleville Chair Plastic Chair by Vitra
Belville is the name of the vibrant Paris quarter where the designer duo Bouroullec has its studio. The atmosphere in the quarter and the classic French bistro furniture were sources of inspiration for Vitra's Belleville Chair.
For this reason, its shape is particularly familiar, yet at the same time contemporary. It is made of two components: a frame structure that forms the legs and backrest of the chair like a calligraphy, and a plastic seat shell that ensures that the chair is also suitable for outdoor use.
In addition to the Belleville Chair, the collection also includes a series of tables that together form a diverse yet coherent family whose expression and materials are perfectly matched.
The Belleville Chair is exceptionally versatile and can be found in galleries, homes and restaurants of all styles.
