Pure summer feeling: Ludwig design beer table by Richard Lampert
Ludwig - the new interpretation of the classic beer bench set by Richard Lampert convinces with high-quality material and perfect workmanship. The five-layer top made of weatherproof oiled and glued spruce wood and the foldable
legs, powder-coated in basalt grey or white for exterior resistance, make Ludwig a
favourite piece for outside and inside. The stainless steel bar guarantees rust-free use.
But the table also cuts a great figure indoors, especially with the matching Ludwig bench and cushions. The top can be ordered lacquered for this
with 10 % white. The tables were ordered by Google in 2013 to furnish their headquarters in London. To preserve the beauty of the wood, we recommend oiling Ludwig Outdoor once a season in spring. The matching oil care set for the Ludwig table by Alexander Seifried is available from us. There is also a rain cover designed to match the table in the colour black.
Learned from the bottom up: Designer Alexander Seifried
Alexander Seifried knows exactly how to build furniture. At the age of 18, he completed his carpentry apprenticeship as 2nd guild winner and then completed an apprenticeship at 3F Design in Stuttgart, specialising in interior design and furniture design. Only two years later, he presented his first own furniture collection and made it into the renowned manufacturing companies Richard Lampert, Magazin, frauMaier and Elmar Flötotto.
Richard Lampert: Design made in Germany
In 1993, Richard Lampert founded his company in Stuttgart with the aim of industrially producing furniture and everyday objects that combine quality craftsmanship, design standards and sustainability. Richard Lampert's collections cover a wide range of areas, from outdoor furniture to living space and office furniture. Well-known designers such as Egon Eiermann and Herbert Hirche stand alongside unconventional and lesser-known international designers.
Material and format
The Ludwig table by Richard Lampert is made of a 5-layer solid spruce/fir board (weatherproof and weather-resistant glued (AW 100) and oiled) and sheet steel (exterior powder-coated in white (RAL 9010) or basalt grey (RAL 7012). The table is available in two sizes. 220 cm long, 68 cm deep and 76 cm high or 220 cm long, 30 cm deep and 46 cm high.
