Sunset for the home: Sun Home light sculpture / table lamp from Grau
Modelled on a human bust, the Sun Home is both friendly and expressive. Its soft, glare-free light provides the ultimate feeling of well-being. The unique light spectrum of the 360-degree ambient luminaire ranges from clear light to a deep orange colour. Sunset dimming supports the biological sleep rhythm, as light without a blue component promotes the release of the relaxation hormone melatonin. The natural ash wood has a unique grain and ages beautifully over time. Each lamp is therefore unique with an engraved edition number. For every Sun Home, Grau plants a tree in Kenya as part of the Trillion Tree Campaign.
Grey
Grau's appealing lighting creations are designed and produced at the manufacturer's headquarters near Hamburg. A lively studio atmosphere and close communication between technical and creative teams contribute to a foundation that provides space for luminaires that synthesise artistic design language and state-of-the-art technology.
