With Stochastic D87, designer Daniel Rybakken has created a pendant lamp that is unparalleled. Consisting of unbelievable 72 LED light spheres, Stochastic D87 gives an imposing overall picture.

The arrangement of the individual light balls, which are attached to a steel wire suspension, seems random. This is where the name of the Luceplan pendant lamp comes from : Stochastic - in reference to the field of mathematics that deals with coincidence and probabilities.

However, the appearance of the lamp is anything but cool and mathematical - in the overall picture, the design of Stochastic D87 is characterised by passionate emotionality.
